AUTUMN’S NO-COOK SWISS OATMEAL

I was looking for something different to have in the morning when I am on the go and want something quick! I came across this recipe on Autumn's website and I have to say it was AMAZING! It only took me a few minutes to make in the evening and I was able to grab and go the next morning! 


Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal (I used gluten free)
  • 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • vanilla- splash
  • apple pie spice- to taste
  • 1 small apple- chopped


Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, cover and put in the fridge overnight. 
And it’s ready to eat in the morning! 
Container equivalent: 1 yellow, 1 purple, 1 red.
