Sticky Siracha Honey Chicken

Want a YUMMY dinner recipe to SPICE UP boring ole Chicken?!

Sticky Siracha Honey Chicken
½ small onion finely chopped
2 lbs raw chicken tenders
3 tblsp coconut oil (melted)
3 tblsp Siracha
3 tblsp Honey
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped peanuts
In a small mixing bowl whisk together coconut oil, Siracha, and Honey.
Divide in half. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight) in half of the sauce.
Remove chicken from marinade and grill (or oven bake).
While cooking chicken reduce other half of sauce in small saucepan over medium heat.
You will know it is done when the sauce coats the back side of a spoon.
Toss cooked chicken in sauce and top with chopped peanuts and green onions.
