What is the 21 Day Fix Extreme?




Breaking news! A NEW version of the 21 Day Fix is coming. This is my 21 Day Fix Extreme review which is all about the NEW program that will be launched on February 2, 2015. Autumn Calabrese is bringing you to the NEXT level with the 21 Day Fix Extreme.

The 21 Day Fix Extreme includes the 7 color coded containers that were in the original program. HOWEVER, the food options have been changed slightly to help you get those extreme results. So it’s all about getting laser-focused with your nutrition and stepping up your fitness. And lastly, Autumn includes here exclusive competition plan which is the plan she uses for competition prep to get to her best physique and fitness level!
