Insanity Max 30 Details

First of all, these workouts are all 30 minutes and they are designed to push you to your MAX! It’s more intense than Focus T25 and the workouts are a different format as compared to Insanity.
The way that it works is that there is a timer at the bottom of the screen that shows the minutes. YOUR GOAL is to go as long as you can in the workout with great form. You want to reach your MAX. You may only make it 1 minute or 3 minutes or 5 the first time. Then, you will make a note of that time on your paper as you take a breather. Your goal is to keep pushing to your max every workout so that you can make it farther and farther each time.

 Insanity Max 30 Review: Workouts

The first workout you’ll do is Cardio Challenge. That is the “fit test” so you can see how far you can go and how long. Here’s the format for that workout:
  • Warm-up
  • Quick Break
  • 3 Exercises at 30 Seconds Each (3 Rounds of each for 4.5 Minutes)
  • 30 Second Break
  • Repeat for 5 Rounds Total
Overall, you get 10 BRAND NEW workouts with over 150  NEW moves! Each month, you have 5 workouts to work through. Then, in Month 2 you switch it up and go even harder!

  • Sweat Intervals
  • Tabata Power

  • Friday Fight: Round 1

  • Max Out Cardio
  • Max Out Sweat

The workouts require no equipment. You’ll just be using your own body weight.

Insanity Max 30 Review: Nutrition

These workouts are really designed to take you to your MAX and to push you to the point you can’t go any longer. Over time, your goal is to increase your Max for each workout so that by the end of the 60 days, you get INSANE results!  However, to get those results, your NUTRITION must be on point!  You will get a nutrition plan with this program that will help you determine your needs and get you on our way to eating healthier!  The plan is VERY similar to that of the 21 Day Fix!  They made it super simple and categorized it into 2 main plans.  Plan A is for those less than 150lbs and Plan B is for those greater than 150lbs.   

These workouts are really designed to take you to your MAX and to push you to the point you can’t go any longer. That’s the fitness part. BUT, the nutrition is JUST as important! You will get a nutrition plan with this program that will help you to eat healthier, nutrient dense foods. If your goal is to lose weight, this program WILL do just that if you completely follow the plan.
Each day, you’ll also replace one meal a day with Shakeology which is a dense nutrition meal replacement. It’s loaded with over 70 superfoods and I love it because I have more energy and FEEL that my body is operating at peak performance. This is a MUST with this program!
