Create your BEST YEAR EVER!

Christmas is just around the corner. The merry season is jingling away and this week feeling a bit under the weather, traveling, shopping, planning, creating amazing things for the year ahead and spending time with loved ones.
It's a busy, bustling time of year.... and I  LOVE it

JOURNAL YOUR INTENTIONS 

Putting your goals down on paper helps make it feel real! 

Read your list often, and don't be reluctant to change, alter or add to it whenever the mood strikes!

PLAN YOUR WORKOUTS, PLAN YOUR MEALS

Now that you're clear on what you want and see yourself getting there, take action NOW! Make things easy for yourself by prepping ahead. No more scrambling to get ready for sweat sessions or wondering what healthy meals to eat. Treat yourself to a beautiful 2015 planner where you schedule daily workouts and plan your meals. 

Sit down with your Nutrition Plan and Weekly Schedule every Sunday to plan for success! 



SET ASIDE YOUR CLOTHES

Lay out those workout clothes for the week. That's 5 pairs of socks, 5 bottoms, 5 tops, 5 pairs of underwear and 5 sports bras! This make things much easier. This also helps you set an intention to stay active daily!
